Reading comprehension has always been one of the basic language skills that is taught both to native and nonnative speakers. In the past, educators employed traditional methods, that is, those which did not require any additional materials except for the text. Recently, with the rise of technologies in the classroom has added new strategies for teaching reading comprehension skills. Apart from facilitating the learning process, technologies prove to create difficulties for teachers, who are nowadays required to know to use ICT (information and communication technology) but often lack the necessary skills. There is little information about educators’ perception of their competence in using ICT for introducing reading comprehension strategies; hence, this question needs to be properly studied to find out what modern teachers think about their technological skills and whether they find the latter useful for their work.

The environment plays an essential role in the survival of humanity hence the rise of protection agencies against environmental destruction. Global environmental governance is the process of regulating the process of global environmental protection. Global environmental governance is a combination of organizations, procedures, financing mechanisms, rules, policy instruments, and norms. A few years ago I became especially interested in positive psychology as the way of world perception. I have read a lot of books and articles on this topic and felt that positive thinking really helps me to overcome hardships. Factors such as availability, proximity, and accessibility of the participants by the researcher are considered in the choice of the participants (Chauvet, 2017). Convenience sampling is best used when the study participants are spread over a wide area, where reaching all the participants will require the use of a large amount of money. For instance, a study on the psychological effects of Ebola in Africa would be an expensive multicenter study. However, if convenience sampling is used, the cost of the study will be reduced since only one center can be used to conduct the study.
